Presentations
All rooms are equipped with projectors. There are stationary computers in each room running Microsoft Windows with Office 2003 software, as well as Acrobat Reader. We will have a number of USB memory sticks which can be used to transfer talks (preferably in PDF format) to these machines. We encourage presenters to do this during the breaks. It is also possible to connect your own laptops to the projectors, but please check for interoperability during the breaks!
If you prepare a presentation with Powerpoint 2007, you have to export it to 2003 format. The software will not read .pptx files.
All presentations of regular papers and system descriptions should be 25 minutes, plus 5 minutes for discussions. Position papers should take 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussions.
